Bob Leonardi's practice focuses on patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and counseling. Before joining MacMillan, Sobanski & Todd, Mr. Leonardi had over 30 years' experience managing a portfolio of thousands of patents and trademark registrations worldwide for Dana Holding Corporation, a large automotive components supplier. Bob has extensive experience in negotiating business deals such as joint ventures, product design agreements, technology and trademark licenses, and business acquisitions and divestitures worldwide. He also has experience in litigation management for patent, trademark and trade secret misappropriation matters. In his trademark and copyright practice, Bob represents clients in a wide variety of fields including industrial, commercial and artistic products.
