Prior to entering private practice, Mark Mollon worked as a patent attorney at large multinational corporations for 18 years. He concentrates his practice on patent drafting, prosecution, and patent clearances on a wide range of technologies including automotive electronics and systems, medical equipment and life-support systems, telecommunications, the Internet, computer networks and devices, software, digital signal processing and integrated circuits, glass compositions and processes, lighting, motors, audio reproduction, control systems, and many others. Mark has been an officer of an intellectual property holding company and practices extensively in matters related to IP licensing and other agreements related to technology development, IP transfers, divestitures, and acquisitions. He was named a Top Lawyer in Metro Detroit for 2010.
