Jim Duggan’s practice is focused in the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law. Jim’s patent practice is focused in the area of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, including automotive systems, vehicular power train technologies, photovoltaic devices and systems, and medical devices. Prior to the practice of Intellectual Property Law, Jim enjoyed a 20-year career with Dana Corporation in Driveline Engineering and Research and Development. His engineering background provides a strong technical backdrop to help clients protect their IP assets. He is a named inventor on 30 U.S. Patents in the areas of drive train components and related systems.
