Catherine B. Martineau leads the firm’s Biotechnology and Chemical Group. She has extensive experience in pharmaceuticals, biomarkers, plant genetics, chemical resins, petrochemicals, bioremediation, agricultural chemicals and plants. She also has extensive experience in mechanical technologies such as photovoltaic cells and medical devices. Her current practice includes domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution, the evaluation of patents, trademarks, and copyrights of others, and the licensing of technology.
