Jim Duggan and Gregg Emch participated in a continuing legal education seminar entitled "Copyright Law for the General Practice Attorney" on May 7, 2010 at the Toledo Bar Association.  The seminar covered the basic concepts of copyright law as well as copyright registration and enforcement.  It concluded with a panel discussion of a client fact scenario that could present itself in any law office.
